I'm With the Band® accepts exchanges on our standard T-shirt collections for change of size, within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a size exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with all tags, instructions and inserts. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start an exchange, you can contact us via our contact page, stating your name, delivery address, the size you ordered and the new size that you want. We may ask you for a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase.
Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.
You, the customer, are required to organise, pay for & ship the return of the goods to I'm With The Band® within this 14 day time period. (We recognise that re-delivery may take longer than the 14 day period for your return to arrive back with us).

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Where goods have been damaged in transit, it helps us a lot to provide feedback to our shipping providers if we can provide feedback on their services to us! We don't like disappointing people, so we would appreciate a bit of photographic evidence to get to the bottom of things when they occasionally go wrong. Please email pictures of damage to the products and packaging to hello@imwiththeband so we get it right in future. We may, at our discretion, replace damaged goods with an identical product and size.
We do not replace goods left in a non-secure location, where they have been stolen. Please choose your delivery address wisely.
As a micro-business that prints-to-order, I'm With The Band® does not accept returns for change of mind. We do not accept exchanges on sale items, gift cards, limited-editions &/or pre-order runs.
Where a product has been received as a gift, I'm With The Band® is unable to credit the gift recipient. An exchange will only be given to the original purchaser & for the reasons given above.
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your exchange, and let you know if the exchange was approved or not.
