SHIPPING

Orders are shipped with tracking by Australia Post or Sendle (domestic) using standard parcel post and depending on the shipping volume and destination of your order. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.

Australia Post advises the following as a guide to domestic shipping times for standard parcel post from Sydney:-

to ACT     1-3 business days

to NSW    2-5 business days

to VIC       2-5 business days

to QLD      2-5 business days

to SA        2-5 business days

to TAS      2-5 business days

to WA       2-7 business days

to NT        3-7 business days

Once tracking and delivery of your parcel has been completed, the goods are deemed your responsibility and liability of I'm With The Band® to supply the goods has ceased.

Wherever possible, I'm With The Band® aims to send your goods within two working days following receipt of payment.    

At times, however (and particularly pertaining to customised orders and pre-order campaigns), goods will be sent as soon as possible following receipt of payment.  We will notify you by email or upon purchase if delays beyond 3 working days are expected.

At times, there may be unavoidable delays in filling your order or completing delivery, due to circumstances that are beyond the control of I'm With The Band® such as in the pre-Christmas period.  In such circumstances, we aim to notify you via email if unexpected delays occur. 

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the shipping address details provided for the order are correct.  I'm With The Band® is not responsible for incorrect addresses, refused shipments or unclaimed shipments.  Packages that are returned to I'm With The Band® for any reason will be subject to return and/or resending charges where necessary.

If you are not at the address supplied when delivery is attempted and/or goods are not able to be left, it is your responsibility to organise the collection or redelivery of your order within 7 days.
